Dornoch is home to numerous cafes and its hotels provide several restaurants. The food at the golf club is well above par and don't pass a sign for Capaldi's ices without popping in. Here's a short list of some of our favourites. Booking a table is highly advisable during the peak Summer holiday period. And we have to put in a word for the brilliant Dornoch Stores on Castle Street - lovely people and shelves packed with the sort of food and drink that makes it feel indulgent to eat at home. tel: 01862 810301 https://en-gb.facebook.com/dornochstores/
